Set on 55 Rai or approx. 23 acres of land. To the north is the hillside,to the east lies the lake and the rubber plantation.The south faces the main road and large water reservoir. The land houses many of the aged tropical trees which will be retained through out the estate.

Landscaping : Estate ground will be fully landscaped with resort - style tropical gardens. All local aging trees will be retained to enhance the nature splendour of the estate.
